Anna is a business development professional with extensive experience in various commodities, including carbon. Her understanding of economic fundamentals, market drivers, trading, and platforms, in addition to her insight on ‘the buyers’ perspective,’ has allowed her to develop a strong track record of success.

Previously, as commercial director for Climate Impact X in Singapore, Anna was instrumental in developing one of the world’s first exchanges for carbon, creating a spot trading platform for high-quality carbon credits. Prior to CIX, Anna worked on the LME (London Metal Exchange) desk at both Marex and Tullett Prebon for over a decade. Throughout her career, she has endeavored to engage market participants by bringing people together, educating them, and sharing her vision to create the ecosystem needed for markets to develop and mature.

Anna holds a M.S. in Latin American Studies from Oxford University, a M.A. from the University of Glasgow, and a Diploma in Sustainable Development from Uppsala University in Sweden. She also has a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute.
