Lauren Masterson has been the editor of Energy Argus Petroleum Coke in the Washington, DC, office since the end of 2012, helping to relaunch it as a weekly publication and adding anode-grade market coverage. She started at Argus in early 2011 covering the US coal markets. Prior to joining the company, Lauren was the editor of an ocean technology magazine, and she had previously written for political and lifestyle publications. Lauren lives in Northeast DC with her boyfriend, John, and their cat, Sailor Mewn.
